Integrations and CRM
APIs, third-party services and CRM integration, so the systems you already pay for talk to each other instead of to nobody.
It is part of the monthly programme. Tell us what you are building and we will say whether it is a fit.
What gets connected
- Website enquiries arriving in your CRM rather than only in an inbox
- The source of each enquiry carried with it, so you know what is working
- Invoicing and accounting tools connected where it saves re-typing
- Calendars kept in step, so one diary is the diary
- Email and messaging wired to the record they belong to
- A sensible answer for what happens when a connection fails
How it works
An integration is only worth building where somebody is currently copying something by hand. That is the test, and it rules out most of what gets proposed.
Failures are designed for first. A connection that drops an enquiry silently is worse than no connection, because nobody finds out until the enquiry was needed.
What this is not
It is not a data migration project and it is not a new CRM. If the tool you have works, the job is to connect it; if it does not, that is a different conversation and we will say so.
