How it works
Updates are applied and then the site is looked at. An update that breaks a page is a normal event on any WordPress site; the difference is whether somebody notices in the next hour or the next month.
If something does break, rolling back to a working backup is part of what you are paying for rather than an emergency invoice.
What this is not
It is not a server you administer yourself, and it does not include rebuilding the site each time you want a different design. Specialist work beyond maintenance is quoted in writing before it starts.
