Booking and appointment systems
Availability, booking, reminders and the diary behind them, wired into how your business already schedules work.
It is part of the monthly programme. Tell us what you are building and we will say whether it is a fit.
What a booking system handles
- Real availability, taken from the calendar you already keep
- Bookings taken on the site at any hour, without a phone call
- Reminders by email before the appointment, which is what cuts no-shows
- Rescheduling and cancellation the customer can do themselves
- Buffers, lead times and blackout dates, so the diary stays workable
- Different services with different lengths and different people
How it works
The calendar you already use stays the source of truth. A booking system with its own separate diary is a second place to check, and the second place is always the one that is wrong.
Reminders do most of the work. A missed appointment costs the slot and the travel, and an email the evening before prevents a good share of them.
What this is not
It is not a call centre and it does not take payment by itself unless you ask for that as well. It takes the booking; what happens at the appointment is still yours.
