Websites and business systems for companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, built and maintained for a flat $99 per month. The price is at the top of this page because it is the first thing everyone here asks.
What it costs, with nothing held back
More searches reach us from the UAE about the cost of a website than about anything else, and almost every agency answer is “request a quote”. Ours:
- Monthly programme
- $99 per month against a $299 regular price. Three-month minimum. No setup fee.
- Included
- The build, hosting, the SSL certificate, WordPress and plugin updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and the small changes you ask for as you go.
- Specialist work
- A store, a portal, a booking system or an integration is quoted in writing before it starts, and never changes your monthly price.
- Currency
- US dollars. We do not quote in dirhams, because a rate we invented today would be wrong next month. The AED is pegged to the dollar, so the amount in dirhams barely moves — but your bank, not us, decides the conversion fee.
There is no VAT on our invoices. We are a United States company with no UAE establishment, so we do not charge the 5%. Whether your own business has to account for it on a service bought from abroad is a question for your accountant, and it is a question worth asking before you pay anyone.
Selling online in the UAE needs a licence first
This is the part that stops a build halfway through, so it belongs before the design conversation rather than after it. Online trade in the UAE is governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023, and a mainland business selling online needs a commercial licence that includes e-commerce activity — in Dubai, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism. Many online businesses also need an approval from the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority.
We are not a company-formation agent and we take no fee for saying any of this. We also quote no licence prices, routes or timescales, because almost everything written about them online is published by firms selling the service. The government’s own page is the one to read: e-commerce on u.ae. What we need from you is simply whether you are licensed for it yet — if you are not, we build the site and leave the checkout switched off until you are, rather than handing you a store you cannot legally open.
Arabic, properly
Roughly the strongest Arabic phrase in our own research is شركة تصميم مواقع دبي — “web design company Dubai”. If your customers search in Arabic, an English-only site is invisible to them, and an English site run through a translate widget is worse: the text is not indexed as Arabic, so it ranks for nothing.
We build Arabic as a real version of the site — right-to-left layout, the language declared in the markup, and the two versions pointing at each other so neither is treated as a copy of the other. This page has one: شركة تصميم مواقع في دبي والإمارات.
What we build for UAE clients
Websites
Built around how your business works, in English, Arabic, or both with each language on its own URL so search engines can tell them apart.
Online stores
A catalogue, a checkout and card payments through a provider you hold the account with. Local payment habits matter: cash on delivery is still expected by a large share of UAE shoppers, and a store that cannot offer it loses those orders quietly.
Booking systems
Real availability, reminders, rescheduling without a phone call — and a working week that starts on Monday, with Friday prayers allowed for, rather than an American calendar with the weekend in the wrong place.
Portals and integrations
A signed-in area for your clients, and connections to the CRM, invoicing and calendars you already run, so an enquiry arrives where the work happens.
Working with us from the UAE
- Time difference
- You are eight or nine hours ahead of us, depending on the time of year. In practice your afternoon is our morning, and that overlap is when we talk.
- What that means in a bad week
- If something breaks at 9am in Dubai it is the middle of the night here. Uptime monitoring tells us before you do, and hosting, backups and updates are ours to fix — but be clear-eyed that we are not an on-site team down the road.
- Languages
- English and Arabic.
- Phone

- support@tecnomation.com
There are no invented testimonials, borrowed client logos or “500+ projects delivered” claims anywhere on this site. We are a small studio with a short client list, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
Questions we get from the UAE
How much does a website cost in Dubai?
$99 per month against a $299 regular price, with a three-month minimum and no setup fee. It includes the build, hosting, the SSL certificate, WordPress and plugin updates, backups and uptime monitoring. A store, a portal, a booking system or an integration is quoted in writing before it starts and never changes your monthly price. We price in US dollars; the dirham is pegged to the dollar, so the amount barely moves.
Do I need a licence to sell online in the UAE?
Yes. Online trade is governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023, and a mainland business selling online needs a commercial licence that includes e-commerce activity — in Dubai, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism. Many online businesses also need approval from the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority. We are not a company-formation agent and quote no fees or timescales; the government’s own page on u.ae is the one to read. If you are not licensed yet we build the site and leave the checkout switched off until you are.
Do you charge VAT?
No. We are a United States company with no UAE establishment, so we do not charge the 5% on our invoices. Whether your own business has to account for it on a service bought from abroad is a question for your accountant.
Do you build websites in Arabic?
Yes, as a real version of the site rather than a translate widget: right to left, the language declared in the markup, and each language on its own URL so a search engine can tell them apart. An English-only site is invisible to a customer searching in Arabic.
